  1. Hi Joe.

I am a pensioner and my daughter is becoming a pensioner this year. We are relocating to Costa Rica and looking for a long term rental. We have a dog and a limited, fixed income. We are wondering about the price and expenses. Please let us know what the specifics are and if you accept 1 dog. Thanks so much. All the best and happy new year!

  2. I am interested in long term rental (3-6 months). How much would it be per month and also can I take a virtual tour of the place as I am currently living in Conyers, Georgia and will be there in May.
